GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY

  • Participants must be over 20 years old.
  • Participants must reside in the United States. Participants from other countries will not be admitted to the giveaway.
  • To be considered for the giveaway, participants must complete the following steps:
    • Like the giveaway post (if the reaction is later removed, we reserve the right to disqualify them).
    • Tag two friends in the comments (no celebrities, influencers, professional athletes, brands, etc.).
    • Follow us on our official social media (Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube).
    • Post a story on their official account tagging the official U.S. Duty Gear account.
    • Sign up for our newsletter on our official website.
  • The giveaway will begin on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, and end on Friday, June 15, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time.
  • Winners will be announced through our social media and contacted via DM on Saturday, June 15, 2024.
  • No one may participate more than once in the giveaway.
  • The prize is personal and non-transferable.
  • If participants do not meet the requirements or the terms and conditions, we reserve the right to disqualify them from the giveaway.
  • U.S. Duty Gear is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.
  • Participation in the giveaway implies acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
  • Entries with false information will be eliminated.
  • U.S. Duty Gear is not responsible for notifications and messages not received due to causes beyond our control.
  • The winners will be selected through an automated and random process.
  • Three distinct winners will be chosen at random; the same person cannot win twice.
  • Winners must provide a valid shipping address within the United States.
  • In case of winning, the holster cannot be exchanged for cash, coupons, or other items inside or outside our store.
  • Once winners request their holster, there will be no exchanges or returns. It is recommended to verify the order before confirming.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the winner's location.
  • Winners are responsible for any additional expenses not specified in the prize description.
  • Prizes will not be awarded to private or public entities or institutions, only to individuals who meet the established requirements.
  • U.S. Duty Gear is not responsible for lost or damaged prizes during shipping.
  • Unclaimed prizes within the deadline will be considered abandoned.
  • If a winner does not respond, an alternate will be selected.
  • Any manufacturing defect in the prize must be reported within 3 business days to [email protected] or by calling (909) 391-8800 from M-F 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. PST.
  • U.S. Duty Gear reserves the right to extend the giveaway period if necessary.
  • We reserve the right to make changes without prior notice.
  • The giveaway results are final, and no appeals will be accepted.
  • U.S. Duty Gear may cancel the giveaway if unforeseen circumstances arise.
  • U.S. Duty Gear is solely responsible for administering the giveaway.

  • Personal data collected for participation will not be shared with third parties.
  • By participating in the giveaway, participants consent to the use of their name, image, or username in giveaway announcements.
  • The information collected will be used exclusively for administering the giveaway.
  • The company will take reasonable measures to protect the participants' personal information.
  • No compensation will be offered for the promotional use of the provided information.
  • Participants can revoke their consent at any time with prior notice.
  • Participants have the right to request the deletion of their personal data.
  • The email registered for our newsletter must be for personal use.
  • Only emails with official endings like @gmail.com, @hotmail.com, or @outlook.com will be accepted; institutional or educational emails will not be accepted.
  • Once subscribed to our mailing list, future promotions, offers, and exclusive discounts will be sent.
  • Participants can only register one email with their personal data. If they register more emails under the same name, we reserve the right to disqualify them from the giveaway.
  • Participants are responsible for confirming their email address and ensuring that U.S. Duty Gear emails are not classified as spam, junk, or bulk.

SOCIAL MEDIA

  • Participants are responsible for having their account in public mode to verify that all described requirements have been met. Otherwise, we reserve the right to disqualify them from the giveaway.
  • Temporary accounts created solely for the giveaway will be disqualified.
  • U.S. Duty Gear reserves the right to verify the participants' accounts.

TRANSPARENCY

  • U.S. Duty Gear guarantees that the giveaway will be conducted fairly and transparently.

LEGAL

  • This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
  • Participants are responsible for verifying the legality of their participation.
  • U.S. Duty Gear reserves the right to disqualify any winner suspected of fraud.
  • Participants who commit fraud will be disqualified from future giveaways.
  • U.S. Duty Gear reserves the right to take legal action against offenders.
  • Winners are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on the prize according to their locality, city, region, or state.
  • This giveaway is not sponsored or endorsed by any brand, entity, or institution outside of U.S. Duty Gear.

INCLUSION AND RESPECT

  • Winners will be chosen at random regardless of gender, race, origin, customs, sexual orientation, religion, or other characteristics.
  • The giveaway will be conducted with gender equity, giving both men and women equal opportunities to participate and win.
  • Offensive behavior will result in disqualification.
