At U.S. Duty Gear, we stand behind the quality of our holsters. Every product is manufactured in California under strict quality controls to ensure durability, performance, and safety.

We offer a limited warranty of two (2) years from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Coverage

U.S. Duty Gear will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of any product found to be defective, provided that the product has not been:

  • Damaged due to ordinary wear and tear.
  • Misused or employed outside its intended purpose.
  • Improperly maintained.
  • Altered or used without following the included instructions and warnings.

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from U.S. Duty Gear.
  2. Provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
  3. Ship the product to our facility for inspection.

If the product is determined to be defective, U.S. Duty Gear will repair or replace it at no cost, or issue a refund.

Limitations

This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by U.S. Duty Gear.

  • It does not extend beyond the terms stated herein.
  • It does not cover consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
  • Some states do not allow limitations on such damages, so these exclusions may not apply.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
